Job summary

Top Brand is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy workshop, acting as the hub between luxury vehicle owners and master technicians. You will manage the customer journey from check-in to handover, and actively drive aftersales revenue through eVHC and service plan upgrades.

You will work Monday to Friday in a structured 40-hour week, with 33 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) and an extra paid day off for your birthday.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor or similar in a franchised main dealer or busy independent garage.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and upsell aftersales products/services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 5-star, seamless check-in and handover experience, advising on manufacturer recommendations and maintenance.
• Upsell service plans, accessories, and aftercare products to drive revenue.
• Collaborate daily with master technicians to ensure accurate repairs and keep customers updated.
• Schedule appointments, manage courtesy car fleets and service administration platforms.
