Job summary

The Recruitment Solution in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Service Advisor to join a prestigious dealership representing a luxury brand. You will greet customers at the service reception, manage bookings and service processes, and act as the first point of contact for clients.

The ideal candidate has main dealer service reception experience, excellent customer service and upselling skills, plus strong administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in main dealer service reception and bookings.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.
• Solid administration and invoicing abilities.
• Experience with RTC, One Link or Kerridge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service reception and manage check-in.
• Book in vehicles and update job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for work and liaise with the workshop.
• Coordinate courtesy cars via the One Link system.
• Cost and invoice jobs and handle customer handovers.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximise service revenue.

Salary: £40k - 45k per year + Benefits per annum

The ideal candidate will have main dealer experience, excellent customer service, upsales and administration skills. If you have experience with RTC, One Link and Kerridge this would be a distinct advantage.
