Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs while maintaining brand standards.
• Provide exemplary client service aligned with Zimmermann's global vision.
• Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through professional relationships.
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation reflecting brand directives.
• Understand store operations, stock and loss prevention policies.
• Participate in team training on product, brand knowledge, and WHS.
