Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
• Meticulous attention to the presentation of both the store and products.
• Passion for British heritage brands and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and luxury.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalised and memorable shopping experience, going above and beyond to meet the needs and expectations of every customer. Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement, product recommendations, and up-selling techniques. Demonstrate an understanding of luxury products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our collections, including the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and key product details. Stay up-to-date with new arrivals, trends, and promotions.
• Engage with loyal clients and potential customers through personalized outreach, including follow-up calls, emails, and invitations to exclusive events.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Follow all procedures related to store policies, cash handling, and security.
• Work closely with your colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment, ensuring smooth store operations.
