Job summary

RIMOWA in London is seeking a proactive Brand Ambassador to deliver world-class service and inspire customers with the brand's luxury, heritage and DNA. You will nurture client relationships, build a personal customer book, educate shoppers about products, and maintain store standards in line with visual merchandising guidelines while supporting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or brand ambassador roles.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication.
• Ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong knowledge of KPI concepts and targets.

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador duties: excite, inspire and embody brand DNA while guiding customers and store team.
• General Store VM/Client Management: maintain store standards and promote brand image with world-class service.
• Sales/Business Monitoring: greet clients, educate on products, build client relationships, drive sales, manage CRM data, and track KPIs.
