You will develop relationships with clients, guide them to the right products, and contribute to sales targets while adhering to brand dress codes and company policies in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for service, lifestyle and travel destinations.
• Excellent personal presentation as a Rimowa Brand Ambassador.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brand Ambassador responsibilities: excite and instil passion for the brand and embody the brand image.
• General Store VM/ Client Management: maintain store standards and enhance customer service to deliver world-class service.
• Sales/ Business Monitoring: welcome clients, build relationships, guide product choices, and drive sales while maintaining client records and staying updated on trends.
• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
