Confidential in Kent is hiring a Service Advisor to join a luxury brand within a respected dealer group. The successful candidate will greet customers at the service reception, manage bookings, authorise work, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure smooth service delivery.

Excellent customer service and upsell abilities are essential, as is familiarity with Kerridge/One Link. A proactive team player with strong admin skills will thrive in this role.

• Raising and closing job cards with accuracy.
• Gaining authorisations for work to be carried out.
• Liaising with the workshop on progress and updates.

Service Advisors,
Do you want to earn 40k+ OTE working as a Service Advisor? Working with a progressive, supportive and well respected dealer group and a fantastic LUXURY brand!
