Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood, UK, offers a Bespoke Marketing placement year starting July 2027. You will support the Product Management team in vehicle pricing, configurator systems, and market launches while learning through real responsibilities from day one.

You’ll gain experience in product configuration, asset collating for marketing, and pricing strategies, with exposure to events like Goodwood Festival of Speed and future model launches.

Qualifications

• Studying toward a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance, on track to achieve at least a 2:2.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in working with the Rolls-Royce product portfolio, including product configurator tools.
• Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a flexible, multi-disciplinary team.
• Outgoing and confident with a professional approach.
• Appreciation for the Automotive and/or Luxury industries.

Responsibilities

• Product Configurator - supporting the product configuration process, including integration of new vehicles and features into configurator systems and testing.
• Product Representation - collating assets to promote features on Rolls-Royce models in configurator channels.
• Take Rate Analysis - extracting insights on feature performance to support uptake and market strategies.
• Pricing Strategies – assisting with pricing updates for base models and options.
• Engaging in product-related activities at events such as Goodwood Festival of Speed.
• Opportunity to work on projects relating to new Rolls-Royce model launches.
• Support the wider Product Management team.
