The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation, and a passion for exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily workshop operations, manage workflow, and mentor technicians and advisors to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role such as Workshop Controller or Service Manager.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow management.
• Monitor job progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and management.
