Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a busy workshop.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workshop.

Responsibilities

• Allocate work to technicians within the workshop.
• Ensure all related administration is completed to a high standard.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the team of vehicle technicians.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure a safe workshop.
