DO & CO London is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our luxury airline catering team. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes, oversee a kitchen section, and coach junior staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in a kitchen environment.
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in airline catering or large-scale food production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with standard recipes and client specifications.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
• Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, managing and training junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control, ensuring ingredients are fresh and available.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
