DO & CO is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our production kitchen near Heathrow Airport. You will prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes for airline clients, upholding exacting culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Sous Chef, Operations, and collaborate with the team to fulfill orders promptly, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to cost control and process improvements as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in high-volume kitchen.
• 3+ years’ experience in a kitchen environment.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes per standard recipes for airline catering.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Oversee a kitchen section and train junior staff as needed.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock control to ensure freshness.
