Job summary

A high-end residential contractor is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Aftercare Manager to oversee all post-completion support and maintenance across luxury refurbishment projects in Greater London. This role is essential for ensuring clients receive exceptional service after handover, while maintaining the quality and appearance of bespoke interiors. Key responsibilities include managing defect logs, coordinating works, and liaising with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance or facilities management and strong technical understanding of interiors.

Qualifications

• Experience in aftercare, maintenance, or facilities management.
• Strong technical understanding of joinery, M&E systems, and finishes.
• Ability to manage contractors and oversee ongoing issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for aftercare and snagging enquiries.
• Manage defect logs and coordinate remedial works.
• Oversee planned maintenance schedules and reactive repairs.
