Job summary

L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering a world-class luxury service experience across our brands. You will coach colleagues, embody brand excellence, and ensure flawless product storytelling and in-store presentation.

You will drive retail performance by executing plans to hit KPIs, organize events, grow loyal VIP customers, and manage stock and operations while maintaining the highest counter standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team and delivering luxury customer service.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to achieve targets.
• Strong stock control and visual merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to meet and exceed retail targets and KPIs.
