L’Oréal Luxe in the UK is seeking a Store Team Leader to drive a world-class luxury shopping experience across our portfolio of brands within the store. You will lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure impeccable counter standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will recruit and onboard Beauty Advisors, monitor performance, and implement growth plans to exceed targets and VIP client engagement.

• Experience leading a Beauty Advisors team.
• Proven ability to train and onboard staff.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
