L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering a world-class luxury consumer experience. You will coach staff, uphold brand standards, and drive growth through excellent product knowledge and tailored service across premium brands.

As part of the leadership team, you will implement events, manage loyalty initiatives, and ensure exceptional store performance while maintaining a luxurious counter environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium beauty retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a world-class luxury service experience through coaching and feedback.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling across brands and categories.
• Inform customers about in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
• Support to exceed store targets and KPIs by executing retail plans and identifying growth opportunities.
