Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class Luxury Service Experience: coaching & feedback to ensure exceptional customer service across brands and touchpoints.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Demonstrate product expertise and storytelling; educate customers on brand history and product knowledge across categories.
• Inform customers about in-store events, promotions and activations; represent L’Oréal Luxe on social media as per guidelines.
• Support Store Manager to achieve and exceed retail targets and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Contribute to annual event calendar to create memorable customer experiences and drive brand growth.
• Generate innovative ideas to drive new business, leveraging launches and anniversaries for impact.
• Build and maintain a loyal VIP customer base through team-led initiatives.
• Support Store Manager in talent attraction & recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback on team performance, service levels and product knowledge.
• Maintain counter standards with Brand VM guidelines; keep hygiene and cleanliness high.
• Participate in training programs to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using Tamigo/One Retail platforms.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and manage tester and POS materials.
• Achieve retail targets, deliver exceptional consumer experiences, engage a high-performance team, and develop the team.
