Job summary
L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a motivated Team Leader to manage and develop a high-performing store team in the UK. You will deliver a world-class Luxury Service Experience, coach staff to achieve premium customer engagement, and drive sales while upholding brand standards.
You will recruit, onboard, and continuously train Beauty Advisors, monitor performance, and implement growth strategies across events, launches, and VIP client programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail leadership and team development.
- Strong coaching, feedback, and performance management capabilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales targets and deliver premium customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class Luxury Service Experience through coaching and feedback across all brands.
- Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador delivering personalised service and merchandising standards.
- Demonstrate products with storytelling and brand history to educate customers.
- Inform customers about events, activations, and internal/external social media outreach.
- Develop and execute retail plans to exceed stores targets and KPIs.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of Beauty Advisors and drive ongoing training.
- Monitor team performance, address underperformance, and provide timely coaching.
- Maintain luxury counter standards, brand VM guidelines, hygiene, and stock management.
- Drive stock and operations with tester management and top SKU focus.
