L’Oréal Luxe in the United Kingdom is seeking a ONE LUXE Assistant Store Manager to lead the store team in delivering world-class luxury service across our brands. You will coach, develop, and monitor performance to exceed retail targets and enhance the consumer experience.

As a growth champion, you will drive events, oversee product storytelling, manage stock and counter standards, and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class Luxury Service Experience through coaching and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Product expertise and storytelling: demonstrate products, share brand history, and provide tailored product knowledge and services.
• Foster omni experiences: inform customers about events, promotions, and activations; share expertise on social platforms per guidelines.
• Exceeding sales targets: support the Store Manager to execute plans to achieve KPIs and drive long-term growth.
• Create engaging events: develop an annual calendar of events and activations to boost store growth.
• Drive new business: generate ideas to leverage launches and anniversaries for maximum impact.
• Cultivate client loyalty: build and maintain a VIP customer base and drive repeat business.
