Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team to deliver luxury customer service.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong coaching, performance management and HR issue handling.
• Capable of driving retail plans, events, and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class Luxury Service Experience with coaching and feedback.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe ambassador, ensuring premium customer experience.
• Lead product storytelling, training, and brand standards across categories.
• Develop and execute plans to exceed store targets and growth.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Beauty Advisors for high performance.
