Job summary

L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a One Luxe Team Leader in Liverpool to drive a world-class customer experience and exceed portfolio targets. You will lead and develop a store team, embody brand excellence, and deliver luxurious service across our Luxe brands.

As the primary ambassador in-store, you will coach staff, implement growth plans, and build strong relationships with store management and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional consumer experiences and sustainable store performance.

Qualifications

• Luxurious retail leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams to achieve targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead a world class customer experience across the store and brands.
• Exceed retail targets by developing and executing effective plans.
• Manage and develop the store team through onboarding, training and coaching.
• Drive events, brand activations and customer engagement strategies.
• Maintain counter standards and brand VM guidelines; ensure hygiene and presentation.
• Oversee stock, administration and deliverables using Tamigo and One Retail.
