L’Oréal Luxe counter at Swansea seeks an accomplished Counter Manager to lead a store team, deliver a world‑class beauty experience, and drive performance across premium brands. You will coach staff, manage client relationships, and implement brand standards to sustain luxury service.

You will oversee recruitment, training, and operational execution while maintaining stock, visuals, and store hygiene to ensure exceptional customer journeys and strong KPIs in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail environments, leading a counter or small team.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage KPIs, and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Strong coaching, training, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a world-class customer experience across the store counter and brands.
• Develop and execute retail plans to achieve targets and growth for the store portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Beauty Advisors to build a high‑performing team.
• Maintain brand standards, stock control, and operational excellence across the counter.
