Job summary

L'Oréal Luxe in Southampton is seeking a One Luxe Team Leader to guide and develop the store team, delivering a world-class luxury service and exceeding retail targets. You will coach and motivate staff, act as the Luxe ambassador, and drive brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

You will build strong relationships with store and department managers, implement growth plans, and ensure brand standards, stock management, and training are maintained to sustain premium service.

Qualifications

• Retail acumen, stakeholder management and strong leadership are essential.
• Coaching and developing a high-performing team is required.
• Deliver a luxury service experience and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world class Luxury Service Experience through coaching and feedback across all brands.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing personalised service.
• Demonstrate products and share brand stories to meet customer needs.
• Develop and execute retail plans to achieve targets and KPIs and drive growth.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for the team.
• Uphold Brand VM guidelines and maintain counter standards.
