Carden Park Hotel Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a personable Spa Receptionist to join our award-winning 5* luxury spa team. You’ll welcome guests, check them in and set the tone for a memorable visit, handling payments and bookings with care.

This full-time role (40 hours) covers days, evenings and weekends in a rural setting, offering service charge and extensive staff benefits. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not essential; a warm, professional approach is key to success.

Qualifications

• Confidence to upsell treatments and products and handle payments.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay calm in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional greeting.
• Check guests in and ensure all needs are met for their visit.
• Give familiarisation tours of spa facilities.
• Process payments for experiences, treatments and products.
• Respond to guest enquiries and meet requirements proactively.
• Manage bookings, appointments and guest requests with care.
• Collaborate with therapists and spa team to ensure smooth guest journey.
• Upsell treatments and retail based on guest needs.
• Share knowledge of facilities and services to enhance experiences.
• Maintain high presentation and service standards in the Spa Reception.
