Job summary

Lainston House, part of the Exclusive Collection, in Winchester, seeks a motivated Reservations Coordinator to convert enquiries into bookings and ensure a superior guest journey. This role supports Sales and Guest Experience teams with professional handling of reservations.

You will maximise revenue through upselling opportunities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding service that reflects the values of Lainston House and Exclusive Collection.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotel reservations, sales or guest services.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a service-focused approach.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury hospitality market and current trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and commercially minded with revenue opportunities.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all reservation enquiries via phone, email and online channels with timely, professional service.
• Maximise revenue by converting leisure enquiries into bookings and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, correspondence and confirmations with correct guest information.
• Work with Sales and Guest Experience teams to identify revenue opportunities and deliver a seamless journey.
• Anticipate guest needs and uphold the standards and values of Lainston House and Exclusive Collection.
