Job summary

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars invites a guest services associate to warmly welcome guests and support arrival, check-in, and departure processes at our central London hotel.

You will help maintain a clean lobby, assist with luggage, and provide accurate information about our services and facilities to ensure a memorable stay for guests.

• Welcoming guests in a professional manner and assisting with check-in/out.
• Maintaining a clean forecourt and lobby according to hotel standards.
• Providing smooth arrivals/departures, including rooming and luggage delivery.
• Providing information about the hotel, services and facilities.

• Welcoming the guests to the hotel in a professional manner, make an all-important first connection, extending a warm welcome, and assisting guests as required
• Ensuring the forecourt/lobby is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards
• Providing a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage
• Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.
