Job summary

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas. You will perform cleaning, linen changes, and supply replenishment while ensuring comfort for guests throughout your shift.

Duties and responsibilities of the Room Attendant role

• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds and replacing linens.
• Replenish room amenities such as toiletries, towels, beverages, and stationery.
• Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all room surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within the shift timeframe.
• Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, maintaining excellent customer service.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized condition.
