Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is looking for a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team on flexible hours. You will care for guest rooms to high cleanliness standards, replenish amenities, and support cleaning tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have previous luxury hospitality experience, and can communicate effectively in conversational English. Flexible shifts and a chance to earn extra income in a world-class hotel environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in conversational English to communicate with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and welcoming.
• Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Follow daily room assignment checklists and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Support deep cleaning tasks and assist with special housekeeping projects as needed.
