Job summary

Biffa Group is seeking a Loyalty Team Executive in Barlborough (S43 4XA). The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary of up to £25,174 and a competitive bonus scheme.

You will react to customer termination requests and proactively identify customers needing support while working with other Biffa departments to retain customers. This position offers comprehensive training, development opportunities, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, free on-site parking, and access to Perkz
