Job summary

Biffa Group in Barlborough is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy contact centre, helping customers with queries and delivering resolutions while providing excellent service.

This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours) is office-based in Barlborough with shifts 7:45am–5:30pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am–1:00pm Saturdays on a rota. We offer holidays, pension, medical and dental schemes, cycle-to-work, parking on site and career progression.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for customers, excellent communication, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and provide clear resolutions while delivering excellent service.
• Work in a busy contact centre and help maintain high customer satisfaction.
