Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a Workplace, Experience & Operations London Lead to oversee a high-performing team and deliver a best-in-class workplace program at the London client site.

You will drive service excellence across reception, events, and site operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-aware delivery in a dynamic corporate environment.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder partnership, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing complex service delivery across portfolio/sites.
• Financial management including budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Degree or equivalent in Building/Facilities Management or related discipline; IWFM/RICS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leadership, People Management & Culture: lead and develop a high-quality team across workplace experience, front of house, and operations.
• Workplace Experience Strategy & Service Delivery: lead development and implementation of modern workplace programmes for the London office.
• Front of House / Guest Services Oversight: ensure high visitor care and standards at reception and guest areas.
• Events Enablement & Workplace Activations: ensure event readiness and cross-team coordination for building events.
• Building Operations & Site Operational Management: manage day-to-day building operations, PPM schedules, and repairs.
• Contract, Supplier & Service Partner Management: manage contracts and onboarding across site partners.
• Financial Management & Value Delivery: set and deliver financial targets, budgeting and reforecasting.
• Risk, Compliance & Governance: drive risk-conscious culture and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Technology, Automation, Innovation & Sustainability: develop new working methods and sustainability initiatives.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: produce standard reports and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
