Job summary

On London is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to bring our London hub to life as the heartbeat of the local office culture and a premium employee experience. This onsite role reports to the Senior Lead for Workplace Experience in EMEA and requires presence in the London office Monday to Friday.

You will greet visitors, manage badge access, coordinate mail, and drive operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster community and ensure standards reflect

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, community building or operational roles.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to be onsite in London Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register visitors, oversee badge and locker access, and handle mail distribution and ad-hoc guest requests.
• Run day-to-day operations with focus on operational excellence, covering supplies, vendor and inventory management.
• Own local activations and rituals with EMEA Workplace Experience leadership to foster community and inclusion in the London hub.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, and Health & Safety to ensure spaces reflect the premium brand and support productivity.
• Draft internal communications to keep the London hub informed and aligned with premium standards.
• Identify workflow improvements to keep local operations innovative, human-centered and feedback-driven.
