Job summary

Boden Group is seeking a Workplace and Operations Lead in London to oversee workplace experience, front-of-house and daily building operations across a London portfolio.

You will lead service teams, develop programmes, coordinate service partners and manage budgets, while ensuring safety and continuity. The role is permanent, based on client site, Monday to Friday.

This client-facing position demands strong communication with stakeholders and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or building operations.
• Experience leading customer-facing teams.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated environments; financial services preferred.
• Ideally degree or IWFM/RICS qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace experience and front-of-house teams.
• Develop workplace programmes and service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day building operations and maintenance.
• Coordinate service partners and contractor inductions.
• Monitor budgets and client reporting.
• Maintain safety procedures and business continuity plans.
