Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Regional Workplace Experience Manager to oversee and enhance the workplace experience across multiple London locations within the WSP contract. You will lead workplace teams, ensure services meet agreed standards, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Reporting to the Account Director, the role focuses on operational excellence, health and safety, sustainability, and cost control, while creating productive and welcoming environments

Qualifications

• Experience within workplace experience, facilities management, or hospitality environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing services across multiple sites.
• Proven leadership and team management capability.
• Understanding of workplace operations and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support workplace teams across multiple London locations.
• Ensure workplace services are delivered to agreed service levels and performance standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Manage operational escalations and implement effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and workplace experience initiatives.
• Support health, safety, compliance, and sustainability objectives.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, resources, and cost-saving initiatives.
