Job summary

Boden Group is seeking a Workplace and Operations Lead in London to oversee workplace experience, front-of-house and daily building operations across a London portfolio.

You will lead service teams, develop programmes, coordinate service partners and manage budgets, while ensuring safety and continuity. The role is permanent, based on client site, Monday to Friday.

This client-facing position demands strong communication with stakeholders and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or building operations.

The Workplace and Operations Lead in London will oversee workplace experience and day-to-day building operations across a London portfolio. This visible, client-facing role brings together front-of-house service, building operations and service partner delivery.

The Role

• Lead workplace experience, front-of-house and operational support teams.
• Develop workplace programmes and maintain service standards for colleagues and visitors.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance, minor works and day-to-day building operations.
• Coordinate service partners, contractor inductions and delivery of contracts under your ownership.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financial targets and timely client reporting.
• Maintain safety and risk procedures, incident response and business continuity plans.

About You

• Experience in facilities management, building operations, workplace experience, hospitality or a related customer-facing environment.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex site or portfolio service delivery.
• Financial management experience covering budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Experience working in a regulated environment; financial services experience is preferred.
• Ideally, a relevant degree or equivalent; IWFM or RICS qualifications would be beneficial.
