Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in London is seeking a proactive Workspace Experience Ambassador to ensure exceptional visitor and colleague experiences across multiple meeting rooms and spaces. You will partner with HSBC colleagues and partners, manage in-room tech, and uphold Openwork principles while delivering service excellence in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The role is on-site in London with a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Front of House experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
• Operational knowledge of reception services and meeting reservations procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a busy, pressurised environment.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visitor and colleague spaces, ensuring immaculate conditions.
• Greet and assist visitors, answer enquiries in person, by phone or email.
• Support and coordinate events to bring teams together.
• Triage and fix in-room tech and manage meeting room operations.
• Liaise with security, facilities and hospitality and report issues.
• Promote workspace technology and encourage use of reporting apps.
• Be the go-to person for workplace matters and open conversations.
