Job summary

Rayner is seeking a Territory Manager in the London area to lead sales performance across ophthalmic products. You will develop territory plans, build relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders, and deliver product demonstrations.

You will own revenue targets, expand market share, and collaborate with regional managers to grow account value while upholding the highest standards of customer care and clinical relevance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions.
• Experience selling medical devices in operating room/clinical settings.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own territory revenue targets by driving sales of company and partner products.
• Develop and retain key customer relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Grow and maintain accounts, collaborating with Regional and Country Managers.
• Deliver professional sales demos and educational sessions.
• Monitor competitors and plan territory strategy.
