Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Ophthalmic Territory Manager to cover Kent Sussex and SE London. You will own an established ophthalmic territory with strong NHS ties, promoting dry eye and glaucoma products in a fully autonomous field-based role.

You’ll engage with ophthalmic consultants, medicines management, and payer groups while expanding existing NHS business and identifying new formulary opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in NHS/ophthalmology-related channels.
• Experience engaging with ophthalmic consultants and payers is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across secondary care, dispensing GP practices and ICPs.
• Engage with ophthalmic consultants, medicines management and payer groups.
• Manage key accounts, win new business, and educate clinicians.
• Promote specialist ophthalmology products such as dry eye and glaucoma drops.
• Develop NHS business and identify formulary opportunities.
• Manage the full sales process across a clinically focused territory.
