The role requires at least 1 year in a front desk/receptionist position, with professional English and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a Front Desk or Receptionist role.
• Hospitality or wellness experience valued.
• Professional level of English and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth, ensuring a seamless visit.
• Answer calls and emails, manage guest requests and respond to enquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive support throughout their journey.
• Operate the reservation system accurately and identify opportunities to upsell services.
• Maintain the reception area to high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Support daily reception operations, including amenities, stock and guest-related items.
