Job summary

The Londoner Spa is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to join The Retreat within our luxury Leicester Square hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests entering the Spa, handling pre-treatment administration and ensuring a superb guest experience.

With a focus on excellent communication, you will promote spa services, manage opening/closing duties, and collaborate with other departments to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Spa or Health Club experience is required or an interest in developing a career within this field.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm and polite telephone manner.
• Understands the value of teamwork and collaborates well with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact when guests enter the Spa and welcome them warmly.
• Complete pre-treatment administration and ensure guests have what they need to enjoy their experience.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures when on duty.
• Check stock levels frequently and report low stock to the Spa Manager.
• Confidently promote and sell all spa services to maximise sales potential.
• Answer guest queries about treatments or services available in the Spa.

We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our stunning Spa and Health Club at The Retreat based within out super-boutique hotel,The Londoner.

Overview:

• An Amazing opportunity to join the Spa team at The Londoner Hotel as a Spa Receptionist.
• The role of Spa Receptionist is to be the first point of contact when guests enter the Spa. You will welcome them warmly, complete any pre treatment administration and ensure that they have everything they need to fully enjoy their experience in the spa.
• This role also includes Opening and Closing Procedures when on duty.
• You will be responsible for checking stock levels frequently and reporting low stock levels to The Spa Manager.
• You will be able to confidently promote and sell all services within The Spa Centre maximising sales potential.
• You should be able to answer any questions that guests have about the treatments or service available in the Spa.
