AIRE Ancient Baths London is seeking a Receptionist to join our Covent Garden site. You will manage the reception area, greet guests, answer calls and emails, and promote our experiences with a friendly, service‑driven attitude.

We offer a zero‑hours contract with an hourly rate of £13.68, plus a 10% supplement for weekends/bank holidays, tips, and attractive employee benefits including discounts of 30% on AIRE experiences worldwide, gym access, and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Professional English level required.
• You are completely customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, welcoming, and escorting the guests to the different rooms.
• Answering incoming calls and emails.
• Addressing questions and complaints.
• Servicing of amenities during the waiting time.
• Creating sales opportunities, promoting and upselling.
