Job summary

AIRE Ancient Baths in London is seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee the front desk and guest experiences, reporting to the site Director. You will lead the front desk team to ensure excellence in service and a smooth operation.

You will develop protocols, recruit/train staff, manage rotas and holidays, and drive upselling. Excellent English, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential; right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar Front Desk or hospitality role.
• Experience in hospitality operations.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work nights, holidays and weekends when needed.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage all front desk operations and guest experience.
• Develop and implement front desk protocols.
• Recruit, train and coordinate the front desk team; manage workload, rota, holidays and absences.
• Create sales opportunities and upselling; track front desk stock and order materials.
