Job summary

Student Cribs is the UK’s largest non-PBSA owner-operator, managing over 5300 beds across 24 university cities. As Portfolio Manager, you’ll oversee lettings, property management and customer service to hit rent income targets and keep properties looking their best.

You’ll manage our ambassador and agent network, lead the annual tenant handover each summer, ensure compliance and drive digital process rollouts while handling escalated issues.

Student Cribs is the UK’s largest non-PBSA owner-operator, managing over 5300 beds across 24 university cities. PE-backed and growing, we are now expanding into professional lettings — targeting working professionals and key workers seeking high-quality accommodation.

The Role

As our Portfolio Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do — working across lettings, property management & customer service to hit rent income targets, keep our properties looking their best, and bring new acquisitions seamlessly into the business. You’ll manage our ambassador and agent network, lead the annual tenant handover each summer, and make sure we’re always compliant and operationally on point. Add in some market research, digital process rollouts, and keeping on top of escalated issues — and no two days will ever look the same.

• Discretionaryperformance-basedbonus of up to 25% (from year 1)
• Hours: 09:00am to 18:00 Monday to Friday with the ability to work some weekends whererequired(especially during mid-June and mid-August).
