Job summary

Matchtech is supporting a fast-growing, early-stage AI software business building an operating system for the property industry. The Sales Development Rep will own top-of-funnel outbound, turning cold targets into qualified demos in a phone-led role with clear progression.

Based in London (SW1H), the role is permanent and full-time with 4 days in the office. Expect £40,000 base salary plus commission and equity, plus a pathway to build a strong pipeline and refine the outbound playbook.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales.
• Ability to reach owner/director level and qualify pain/fit.
• Comfortable making 40–60 dials per day.
• Excellent gatekeeper handling and calendar booking.
• Interest in AI tools and practical use of LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work a UK lettings/estate agency target list.
• Make 40–60 quality dials daily with follow-ups.
• Qualify prospects and book demos.
• Provide handover briefs for demos.
• Contribute to outbound playbook improvements.
