Matchtech is hiring a Sales Development Rep for an AI-powered property industry platform. This phone-led outbound role focuses on turning cold targets into qualified demos and building a strong pipeline, with clear progression for high-performers.

Based in London (SW1H), the permanent, full-time position offers up to £40,000 base salary plus commission and equity. 4 days per week in the office, targeting UK lettings and estate agencies.

Qualifications

• Proven high-volume outbound capability (comfortable living on the phone).
• Strong gatekeeper navigation and owner/director-level conversation skills.
• Confident qualification approach - not booking "hopeful" meetings.
• Coachable mindset - implements feedback quickly and consistently.
• Hands-on interest in AI tools (practical use of LLMs/agents in day-to-day work is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Work a target list of UK independent lettings and estate agencies (high-volume outbound).
• 40-60 quality dials per day, supported by email and LinkedIn follow-up.
• Get past gatekeepers to owner/director level and qualify hard (pain, fit, intent).
• Book qualified product demos directly into the team's calendar with a clear handover brief.
• Feed learnings back into the outbound playbook - scripts, sequences, objections, qualification criteria.

A fast-growing, early-stage AI software business is building an \"operating system\" for the property industry, helping lettings and estate agencies automate the operational workload that slows teams down (communications, compliance workflows, maintenance coordination and scheduling).

They're now hiring a Sales Development Rep to own top-of-funnel outbound - turning a cold target list into qualified demos. This is a proper phone-led role (not \"wait for inbound\"), with clear progression for someone who can consistently build pipeline.
