Job summary

You'll work closely with the core team to shape growth and feed insights back into playbooks. This role requires high-volume phone work, a bias for action, and willingness to base yourself in our London office four days a week.

Qualifications

• Relentless on the phone with high-volume outbound.
• Hands-on experience with AI to automate workflows.
• Coachable at speed and able to adapt calls quickly.
• PropTech or property-adjacent sales background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work a target list and make 40+ quality dials per day.
• Qualify prospects, bypass gatekeepers, identify pain and intent.
• Book qualified product demos directly onto the team's calendar.
• Capture call outcomes to improve playbooks and pricing logic.
