Job summary

Ripple is seeking a proactive logistics professional to own end-to-end freight and DG compliance. Based in London, you will coordinate Asia-based suppliers, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to move air, ocean, and road freight while ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.

You will build rolling forecasts, monitor KPIs, and validate freight invoices, aiming to optimise costs and lead times in a fast-moving consumer health business that ships internationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in international logistics, freight forwarding or in-house supply chain.
• AI knowledge to create workflows, documents, and solve problems across time zones.
• FMCG or consumer goods background with understanding of SKU dynamics.
• Experience with import/export documentation for air and ocean freight; Incoterms 2020.
• Hands-on exposure to dangerous goods handling and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Freight and logistics execution: quotes, bookings, and full doc packs.
• Dangerous goods: DG classification, doc library, DG transport reports.
• Supplier coordination: Asia pickups, confirm dates and handovers.
• Forecasting and planning: rolling forecasts in Google Sheets from multiple sources.
• Freight invoice validation and cost control: audit invoices and disputes.
