Job summary

Bleach London is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of stock between international and domestic suppliers and 3PLs across UK, Europe and USA. You’ll help ensure on-time deliveries, stock availability, and clear shipment visibility from warehouses to retailers.

Based in our Central London office, you’ll coordinate freight forwarders, maintain ERP data, and support OTIF improvements while working closely with Operations and Finance to optimise costs and service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in import/export, retail, distribution, warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support the wider team.
• Knowledge of shipping and handling dangerous goods across multiple territories.
• Technically confident and quick to learn new software and platforms.
• Excellent communicator, problem solver and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange export paperwork and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely costed shipments.
• Maintain tracking of all in-transit shipments and flag risks/delays to the operations team.
• Coordinate inbound supply chain to ensure products are imported, received and processed efficiently into 3PL locations.
• Provide operational visibility and analytical support to improve supply chain performance and stock control.
• Coordinate 3PL order processing and dispatch to retailers across Bleach London’s 3PL network.
• Maintain ERP systems across locations to ensure up-to-date data for Operations Administrators.
• Support investigations and recovery of charges related to OTIF and other deductions.
