Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience with freight forwarders and import/export processes (HMRC familiarity).
• Proficient in Excel and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import shipments and distribution from international suppliers to warehouses and customers.
• Obtain freight quotations and monitor deliveries with shipment tracking and customs compliance.
• Resolve delivery issues, support store openings/closures, and manage stock adjustments and carrier claims.
