Job summary

Ripple is a consumer health and wellness brand with UK, EU and US reach. Based in London, this full‑time role sits in the operations team, reporting to Production & Operations. You will own freight, DG compliance, supplier coordination, forecasting and data, and freight cost control, working directly with Asia suppliers, forwarders and retailers.

We move air, ocean and road freight globally; the role is hands-on with end‑to‑end ownership and supports growth through AI-enabled productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in international logistics, freight forwarding or 3PL operations.
• Hands-on experience with import/export documentation and Incoterms 2020.
• FMCG or consumer goods background with retailer compliance understanding.
• Experience handling dangerous goods (lithium batteries, hazardous liquids).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets: INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA.
• Excellent written English and clear time-zone independent communication.
• Reliable home working setup and capability for cross-time-zone collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Freight and logistics execution across air, ocean and road: quote, book, and document pack.
• Dangerous goods: DG declarations, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Supplier coordination: manage pickups with Asia partners and confirm shipment movements.
• Forecasting and planning: maintain rolling demand/supply forecasts in Google Sheets.
• Freight invoice validation: audit invoices, verify charges and currencies.
